Media Release

Purpose of Media Release: 
 

I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Hope Sports Academy (HSA) and its affiliates, including its representatives, agents, and employees, to record, photograph, and/or videotape my or my child's image, likeness, business operations, and statements for the purpose of creating promotional and testimonial content. 

 

This content may include but is not limited to: 

• Video testimonials 

• Photographic images 

• Social media posts 

• Website features 

• Marketing materials 

 

Consent and Usage Rights: 
 

I understand and agree that: 

1. My or my child's image, voice, and statements may be used without financial compensation. 

2. HSA retains the right to use these materials for: 

• Marketing and promotion 

• Fundraising and grant applications 

• Community outreach 

• Digital and print publications 

3. I grant HSA the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display my or my child's media content.
