Youth Girls Prep Empowerment Initiative

At Hope Sports Academy, we don’t just coach basketball—we develop confident, capable young women. Our year-long initiative serves girls in 4th through 6th grade and combines intentional coaching, structured competition, and leadership development in a safe, high-energy environment.

Sport Camps, Clinics, and Leagues

Throughout the year, we host clinics, seasonal camps and initiatives  covering key skills such as ball-handling, shooting, footwork, speed training, defensive strategies, and team coordination. These programs are designed to help athletes refine their abilities and gain a competitive edge.

Annual Program Schedule

Our programming is delivered in four progressive phases designed to guide young athletes through skill building, competition, and personal growth.

🗓 Phase 1: Talent Evaluation & Enrollment

August 2026

  • Free Evaluation Camp (August 24)

  • Skill, athleticism, and coachability assessment

  • 45 players selected total (15 per grade)

🏀 Phase 2: Fundamentals & Skills Clinics

September–October 2026

  • Monthly 2-hour clinics

  • Focus: Ball handling, passing, footwork, shooting, and defensive positioning

🏀 Phase 3: In-House League & Team Training

November 2026 – February 2027

  • Weekly team practices (2x/week)

  • In-house league games on weekends

  • Continued weekly individual skill and agility sessions

🏆 Phase 4: Exposure & Competition

March – May 2027

  • Spring Travel Team (select players only)

  • Regional tournaments and showcase events

  • Program concludes with a banquet & awards ceremony

(1x/week across the program year)

(for players selected in Phase 4)
